One thing I want to highlight is the time gym experience I had here. Bikas who is a gym trainer here is the best I have met amist all the hotels I have travelled across India.. infact I have been part of member gyms as well but the amount of care ans interest he takes In helping the guest is beyond exceptional. I totally recommend meeting him Even if you are not a fitness entu, he will make sure u get into groove. Cheers Bikas!!!

THE WORST POSSIBLE PEOPLE IN SECONDARY MANAGEMENT; ONE Ashutosh apparently a Duty Manager is the worst possible person ever encountered. We booked a bunch of rooms amounting to 2.5L for 2 days! we got the invoice and said the same would be cleared next day as its a corporate booking. The fellow even when asked to post to the room and call the senior, refused to call. We finally had to push for legal action to initiate a call to his superior; who resolved the issue. On top of all of this he never ever apologized for his behavior. THIS IS THE WORST COURTYARD MARRIOTT EVER!

We recently held an official training session in the courtyard for government delegations from the South Asia region. The staff facilitated the session very well, demonstrating great cooperation and understanding. This included not only the support staff but also Vaibhav (our focal point), Mr. Varun Pandey as well, the AV set support team, and Mr. Sanjeev (the chef). Their work deserves special recognition, particularly for accommodating our participants observing Ramadan. They ensured timely provision of culturally appropriate food to support their fasting.
